Ondo-Ekiti States Progressive Union Germany (OESPU) e.V was given birth to on 28th February 1982.
Mr. Bayo Ibini and Engr. Rufus Osuntuyi were the brain behind the creation.
At the medien meeting, a constitutional Committee and a 3-man Acting Executive Committee under the leadership of Mr. Bologun were elected.
A meeting at an interval of a fortnight till the election of a constitutional elected exective body, was agreed upon .
